Commercial Cleaning Team Leader

Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaning Team Leader to manage and motivate their cleaning crew in Bloemfontein . This role involves hands-on cleaning duties as well as supervising a team to ensure all commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be responsible for task delegation, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of commercial cleaners.
