Job Responsibilities
  • Serving as a subject‑matter expert for operations strategies, translating and executing strategies defined by clients and leadership.
  • Ensuring cost‑effective integrated solutions are presented consultatively to clients to address peri‑ and post‑approval evidentiary needs.
  • Accountable for growth and support of multiple RWLP‑aligned client accounts, ensuring excellence in operational delivery and proactive development of repeat RWLP and/or cross‑divisional business opportunities.
  • Assuming oversight in RWLP for all aspects of the client relationship, from proposal development through delivery of awarded projects until completion.
  • Maintaining a strategic focus towards assigned accounts, providing optimal solutions and delivery of portfolio to clients.
  • Ensuring delivery of books of work per contract scope, timeline, and budget, in compliance with SOPs, GPP, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulations.
  • Working with clients to identify their RWE needs and ensure these are understood and acted upon via the RWLP BU or through collaboration with other BUs.
  • Leading discussions with clients to articulate and position RWLP business unit operational processes and peri‑ and post‑approval research standards.
  • Maintaining senior‑management‑level relationships with clients through routine meetings, governance meetings, and other forums.
  • Providing strategic leadership and oversight for development of formal communications with clients, including capabilities presentations, BDM presentations, and key client meetings.
  • Accountable for RFP and RFIs for assigned accounts, including vendor selection, strategy, services, and leading functional leaders to provide a fit‑for‑purpose model.
  • Aligning and motivating RWLP teams in a matrix environment towards excellence in delivery across various research studies/programs.
  • Sharing lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with key stakeholders cross‑functionally.
  • Ensuring achievement of operational and financial targets through participation in risk review processes and monitoring of metrics and KPIs.
  • Participating in strategic resourcing, stakeholder and prioritization of projects across the portfolio.
  • Ensuring quality standards are set and maintained across responsibilities, adherence to CAPA and QI timelines.
  • Identifying and overseeing delivery of RWLP vendor/partner services, including development and integration of service offerings.
  • Effective financial management of the total RWLP book of work within assigned accounts.
