The Technician I is responsible for executing part cleaning processes including inspection, bead blasting, chemical treatment, polishing, coating, and cleanroom procedures. This role ensures quality and safety standards are met while handling hazardous materials and working in controlled environments. It requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to operational protocols. The technician supports additional projects as assigned, contributing to overall efficiency and product readiness within QCK facilities.

This position is responsible for all processes of part cleaning in QCK facilities.

• Inspection of received parts
• Bead blast / Chemical / Polishing / Coating / Cleanroom process
• Participates in other duties and projects as assigned and at the discretion of the company
• Required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
• Required to safely sit; climb stairs; maintain balance, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Required to work in environment that handle with dangerous materials such as chemicals and beads
• Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom in a dustproof suit
