Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of their manufacturing facility in Welkom . • Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety in Welkom .
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage plant budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the plant's workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure product standards are met.

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar senior manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes , lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing plant budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing context.
• A degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.
