• Repair and fabricate composite aircraft structures using various methods, including lay-up, bonding, and curing.
• Inspect composite components for damage, defects, and delamination using visual and NDT methods.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and repair schemes for composite structures.
• Prepare surfaces and apply primers, paints, and coatings to composite parts.
• Ensure adherence to strict safety protocols and quality control procedures in all composite work.

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Composites Technician or Specialist.
• Proficiency in working with composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and honeycomb structures.
• Skilled in using relevant tools and equipment for composite fabrication and repair.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aerospace quality.
