Operations Efficiency Engineer

• Analyze operational processes and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing workflow, resource allocation, and production schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
