Our client is seeking a reliable and diligent Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join their manufacturing team, operating in a fully remote-friendly capacity. This role is essential for the efficient and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards. You will operate and maintain production equipment, execute batch manufacturing processes, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized production environment.

- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including reactors, mixers, and packaging lines.
- Follow batch production records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Perform in-process checks and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in production areas according to GMP guidelines.
- Assist in material handling, dispensing, and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or diploma in a related field is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of equipment operation and maintenance principles.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
