Planning, Organizing and overseeing process and production
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring of the 5s components
- Responsible for coaching & mentoring of subordinates
- Report machine breakdowns to foreman and ensure timeous attention to machine issues
- Responsible for all the material and making sure the stock is properly controlled
- Accepting the new products developed and optimising production
- Responsible for all monthly stock counting
- Responsible for co-ordinating and training others
- Ensure jobs are completed in due-time, discipline and monitor operator performance
- Perform run-net rate on the periodically
- OSHAS compliance
- Supervises crew that includes saw operators and Material handlers
- Responsible for manufacturing according to their daily schedule
- Responsible for building coffins and personnel
- Critical (have knowledge of setting Sanding machine, NC Wood Lathe machine, Band sew machine, Scrap crusher machine, Profile or Mould wrapping machine
- Responsible for addressing employee issues before referring them to HR
- Continuously evaluating operators and ensure rotation is systematically implemented
