Manufacturing Process Engineer

Our client is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their dedicated production team in Bloemfontein . This role is critical for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and increasing production efficiency. You will be hands-on in analyzing current manufacturing lines, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing innovative engineering solutions. • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless product and process integration.
• Oversee the implementation of new equipment and technologies on the production floor.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, materials, and production equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively on the production floor and collaborate with diverse teams in Bloemfontein.
