Production Lead - Specialized Equipment

• Supervise daily operations of assigned production lines, ensuring output targets are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators.
• Monitor production processes, identify and resolve quality or efficiency issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for equipment upkeep and improvements.
• Track production performance metrics and report on key indicators.
• Manage material flow and ensure necessary components are available for production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Uphold the company's quality standards for all manufactured products.

• Relevant trade qualification or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or team leadership role within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising production staff and managing line operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Must be able to work on-site in
