Pediatric Home Care Nurse

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and the overall health status of pediatric patients.

• Educate families on managing their child's health condition and care routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in the electronic health record.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in South Africa.
• Proven experience in pediatric nursing or home healthcare.
• Current certifications in BLS and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective family support.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
