Key Outputs

• Take part during development and ensure implementation of SHERQ systems at plant level
• Ensure compliance to ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001 and OHSAS
  18001 at site level
• Ensure impact / risk registers and Management programme is up to date
• Collect data and maintain systems for effective reporting of SHERQ management system performance
• Monitor and report on status of all SHEQ related non-conformance reports and corrective actions
• Recommend corrective actions for non-conformances identified during internal audits/ inspections and verify implementation
• Feedback on performance of SHEQ management system to SHEQ Manager
• Co-ordinate plant specific SHEQ related training with Trainers
• Monitor and manage the Document Management System for site
• Plan & co-ordinate Site auditing / inspection activities
• Participate in internal and external SHEQ Audits (Internal auditor)
• Compiling, coordination and distribution of SHEQ reports
• Attend site SHERQ-related meetings
• Do general administration functions and ensure record keeping is up to standard

• National Diploma in SHE Management. SAMTRAC or equivalent.
• Certificate in OHSAS 18001/45000, ISO 14000
• Risk Management courses
• >5 years
• Experience in Engineering, mining, construction mobile equipment environment
• Knowledge on SHEQ systems, best practice management and ISO requirements
