About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team in Bloemfontein . This position is essential for ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities strictly adhere to regulatory standards and company policies. You will conduct detailed inspections of aircraft, components, and associated documentation, verifying conformity and identifying any non-compliance. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining the highest levels of safety and operational integrity for our client's aviation services.

• Perform detailed inspections of aircraft, parts, and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SACAA, EASA).
• Review and verify maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and document non-conformities, defects, or deviations from approved standards.
• Conduct audits of workshops, hangars, and external suppliers to assess quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on relevant aviation regulations and quality standards.

• Proven experience as an Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role.
• Relevant technical background in aircraft maintenance or engineering.
• Thorough understanding of aviation regulations and quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
