- Lead the development, optimization, and scale-up of biotechnological processes, including microbial fermentation and cell culture.
- Manage projects related to recombinant protein production and purification.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for product characterization and quality control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in bioprocess development.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the biotechnology team.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in biotechnology process development.
- Strong experience with fermentation technology, recombinant protein expression, and purification techniques.
- Proficiency in analytical methods relevant to biotechnological products.
- Experience with GMP environments and regulatory affairs is a plus.
