- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful research and development, evidenced by publications or patents.
- Extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of synthetic and analytical techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
