Introduction

A premium retail fashion and lifestyle brand is looking for a confident, high-energy and sales-driven Store Manager to lead one of its retail stores. This role is suited to a hands‑on retail leader who can drive sales, manage daily store operations, motivate a team, maintain high store standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, accountable, mature, energetic and action-orientated, with a proven ability to lead by example in a retail sales environment.

• Manage and coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Drive store sales and implement strategies to meet sales and performance targets.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to create a positive and high-performance working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure required stock is available.
• Maintain store standards, visual presentation and operational discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a premium in‑store experience.
• Take ownership of store performance, team accountability and daily store execution.
• Support process compliance, reporting and general store administration.
• Lead by example with a “do whatever it takes” approach.

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Strong sales ability is essential.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories, premium retail or customer‑facing retail environments would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work retail / mall trading hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Strong operational, stock and process management ability.
