About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join their team in Welkom . As a key member of the store floor, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and provide an outstanding shopping experience. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and maintaining the store's reputation for excellent service, working within a friendly and supportive team environment.

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store appearance and organization, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed and stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist with stock taking, receiving deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role , preferably in retail sales, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
