About the Role

- Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies and planograms to optimize product placement and drive sales in retail environments.

- Manage relationships with retail partners to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and secure optimal shelf space.
- Analyze sales data and retail performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving product visibility and category performance.
- Train and guide field sales teams on merchandising best practices and execution standards.
- Stay informed about the latest merchandising trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience as a Merchandising Manager or similar role within the FMCG retail sector.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, planogram development, and retail layout strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
