Duties:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their requirements and budget
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential customers
- Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and follow-ups
- Conduct vehicle viewings and test drives with prospective customers
- Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and finance applications accurately
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Meet and work towards monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay up to date with current vehicle models, specifications, promotions, and market trends
- Assist with the delivery of vehicles and ensure customers understand the vehicle's features and documentation
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry requirements
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools
- A valid driver’s license
Familiarity with the following:
- RPE (Reynolds and Reynolds Points of Sale) systems
- Automotive industry trends and vehicle specifications
