We are seeking an experienced and driven Market Lead to drive commercial growth and market development within the animal health sector across Zimbabwe and surrounding markets. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional with strong marketing expertise, a passion for building partnerships, and the ability to execute impactful strategies in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

• Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Lead annual marketing plans, campaigns, and product positioning initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Support and collaborate with sales teams and distributors to increase product adoption
• Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
• Provide training, tools, and marketing support to field teams
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Monitor sales performance, market share, and profitability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Technical, and Finance teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Science or similar
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in marketing or commercial roles within the animal health industry (preferred)
• Proven experience in multi-country or regional market management
• Strong understanding of animal health markets and regulatory environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
• Willingness to travel frequently within Zimbabwe and the region

• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
• High levels of accountability and ownership
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse audiences
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working across different cultures and markets
• Self-driven with a strong commercial and results-oriented mindset
