About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with their most important business clients in the Bloemfontein area. This role is critical to maintaining customer loyalty and driving revenue through strategic account development. You will act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for expansion of services.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering value to clients, contributing significantly to the company's reputation and growth in the Free State region.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key business clients .
- Understand client business objectives and proactively identify how our services can meet their needs.
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address client issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client reviews and performance analysis to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contract renewals and terms to ensure mutual benefit.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a related B2B client relations role.
- Demonstrated success in retaining and growing key client accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
- Strong understanding of business principles and ability to analyze client needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
