About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead their sales recruitment division based in Bloemfontein . This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for sales professionals across diverse industries, from entry-level to senior leadership positions. You will be instrumental in identifying top sales talent, building rapport with clients who are scaling their sales teams, and ensuring successful placements.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including B2B, B2C, and channel sales positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-performing sales candidates in Bloemfontein .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking to hire sales talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess sales acumen, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance on sales talent acquisition.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sales recruitment .
• Proven track record of success in placing sales professionals at various levels.
