About the Role
Our client is searching for a dynamic and strategic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead their sales division in Bloemfontein . This leadership role involves overseeing a team of sales agents, driving sales performance, and developing strategic initiatives to expand market share within the Free State region. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, coaching and motivating the sales team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and sales ethics.
This is a key position for an experienced sales professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing real estate company.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Proven track record in real estate sales with at least 6 years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Bloemfontein and Free State real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
