Insurance Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead and motivate their sales team in Bloemfontein . This leadership role focuses on developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the agency. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for our insurance products in the Free State province , ensuring exceptional service delivery to all clients.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of insurance sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Recruit, train, and retain talented sales professionals.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business opportunities.

• Proven track record in insurance sales , with at least 4 years in a sales or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products and the sales cycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or professional sales certification is an asset.
