Insurance Sales Agent

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to represent their brand and sell a range of insurance products in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive sales approach, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will be a key contributor to the sales team's success.

• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and follow-up activities.
• Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies (life, health, auto, home).
• Explain policy details, benefits, and exclusions clearly and concisely.
• Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and achieve targets.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Relevant regulatory examinations passed (e.g., FAIS).
