The successful candidate will facilitate compliance with the Skills Development Act and Employment Equity legislation for clients. Requirements include Grade 12, relevant tertiary education, and a minimum of 3 years external SDF experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fluency in English and Afrikaans are highly recommended.

The candidate must submit reports for SETA compliance and advise clients on the implementation of Workplace Skills Plans.
