Lead integrations with critical platforms such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), payment gateways, and communication APIs

Architect seamless connections between AI systems and enterprise tools

Event-Driven Automation

Develop and orchestrate workflows using webhooks and triggers

Ensure real-time data synchronisation across systems and AI agents

Consultative Scoping

Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executives

Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Testing & Reliability

Build and execute testing frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy

Design systems that handle edge cases and incorporate human-in-the-loop processes where required

Performance & ROI Tracking

Monitor and optimise deployed solutions

Use data-driven insights to demonstrate impact and continuously improve performance

Requirements

Technical Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience working with AI agents and LLM orchestration

Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and voice-based AI systems

Strong proficiency in REST APIs and webhook-based architectures

Ability to map, process, and transform data using tools such as Python and Excel

Experience integrating with CRM and messaging platform APIs
