Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join their quality assurance team, operating in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products through comprehensive testing strategies and execution. This role involves designing and implementing automated testing frameworks, performing various types of testing, and collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements and identify potential quality risks.
- Report, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Advocate for quality best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, crucial for a remote role.
