Where You'll Make an Impact:- Monitor and track fleet movements to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate drivers and manage daily routes effectively
- Ensure on-time deliveries and collections
- Communicate regularly with drivers and clients to facilitate smooth operations
Handle vehicle breakdowns and operational challenges promptly - Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare reports for management
- Monitor and track fleet movements

- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience as a Fleet Controller
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fleet management software
- Logistics and transportation operations
- Salary: R20,000 - R23,000 per month (Cost to Company, Negotiable)
