About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Transportation Coordinator to manage and streamline their transport operations in Bloemfontein . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, coordinating with drivers, managing schedules, and resolving logistical challenges. - Coordinate and schedule daily transportation activities, including route planning and driver assignments.

- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery times, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Process and verify transportation documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and customer service to address any transport-related inquiries or problems.
- Previous experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or dispatch.
- Good knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
