Airport Operations Controller

This critical role involves overseeing and coordinating all daily airport activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. You will be the central point of contact for various stakeholders, including airlines, air traffic control, security, and ground handling services.

• Monitor and manage all airport operational activities in real-time, including flight movements, gate assignments, and ground handling services.
• Coordinate with Air Traffic Control, airlines, security, and emergency services to ensure seamless operations and respond to any disruptions or emergencies.
• Implement and enforce airport operational procedures and policies.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of airport resources, such as stands, gates, and check-in counters.
• Act as a primary liaison for airlines and other airport users regarding operational matters.

• Proven experience in airport operations, air traffic control, airline operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of airport operations, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
