• Accurately input and manage data related to shipments, deliveries, and driver information in the logistics system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transportation-related documentation.
• Assist the logistics team with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and driver assignments.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Process invoices and other financial documentation related to transportation services.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties regarding shipment status and logistical details.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within logistics or transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in the Bloemfontein area.
