Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

About the Role

Our client is looking for diligent and reliable Warehouse Associates to work the night shift in Welkom . In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. You will work as part of a team to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly during overnight hours, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina and a commitment to meeting operational targets.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specific instructions.
• Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts and report any stock discrepancies.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
