- Organize and maintain office systems (filing, scheduling, record-keeping)
- Provide administrative support to sales team and managers, including scheduling and correspondence
- Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and assist with project submittal packages
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for leadership
- Process invoices and assist with expense reports
- Monitor budgets for office-related expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Act as a liaison between departments and external vendors
- Order office supplies and maintain kitchen inventory
- Keep the office organized and visually appealing
- Assist in planning and organizing vendor and team meetings, events, and conferences
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain an organized workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take ownership over different projects at a new facility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
