What You’ll Do
  • Organize and maintain office systems (filing, scheduling, record-keeping)
  • Provide administrative support to sales team and managers, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and assist with project submittal packages
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for leadership
  • Process invoices and assist with expense reports
  • Monitor budgets for office-related expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external vendors
  • Order office supplies and maintain kitchen inventory
  • Keep the office organized and visually appealing
  • Assist in planning and organizing vendor and team meetings, events, and conferences
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience
  • Ability to multitask and maintain an organized workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take ownership over different projects at a new facility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
