SUMMARY: This position is responsible for optimizing processes and workflow, as well as providing hands‑on technical support for both existing and new repair processes. This role focuses on products used in commercial and military applications where high bypass, turbo‑jet, prop or shaft gas turbine/turbo‑machinery systems are used.

• Create and maintain master repair processes including part routings and operations sheets.
• Provide shop support and technical data interpretation to the team.
• Design tools and fixtures as required.
• Review shop discrepancies between technical data and part condition.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment comply with regulations.
• Develop new ideas and research emerging technologies to innovate and expand manufacturing capabilities.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers and customers as required.
• Support repair development and continuous improvement activities as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
