Location:

Duration:12 Months Contract Position
Working Model: 1-2 days in office, rest remote
Shift/Hours: 8am - 5pm
Job Description Summary:
- Active contributor to support the Clean Combustion Parts and Services business.
- Develop tenders and lead contract execution.
- Work cross-functionally to develop controls solutions based on customer needs.
- Solve complex problems across the Clean Combustion product line of utility and industrial boilers.
- Work as a team player and at times as a task leader.
- Act with humility, transparency, focus, and inclusion.
- Analytically minded, decisive, and collaborative.
- Identify, develop, evaluate, introduce, and manage engineering solutions for product control and control system technology needs.
- Apply control theory and mathematical modeling to design and control systems with desired behaviors.
- Work autonomously on complex tasks.
- Develop complete hour estimate, schedule, and material lists for cost estimating.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute business strategy.
- Understand National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes, Burner Management Systems, and Distributed Control Systems.
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects and tasks.
- Use judgment to propose different solutions for complicated manufacturing processes.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Domestic travel to visit customer sites, less than 5%.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
