We are partnering with an established wealth management firm that is hiring a polished CFP to take over an existing book of about 100 high‑value clients and provide comprehensive, high‑touch financial planning tailored to each client’s long‑term objectives.
What You’ll Do (90% Planning & Advisory)- Develop and present comprehensive financial plans across retirement, investment, tax, estate, and insurance strategies.
- Provide ongoing advisory guidance through regular reviews and plan updates.
- Build deep, trust‑based relationships with HNW clients.
- Conduct detailed financial assessments and plan adjustments as client circumstances evolve.
- Educate clients on financial products, investment principles, and planning concepts.
- Collaborate with firm partners, CPAs, attorneys, and other experts for holistic solutions.
- Stay current on market trends, tax law changes, and regulatory updates.
- Prepare planning documents, reports, and meeting packets.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM.
- Assist with scheduling and general client coordination.
- CFP certification (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- High integrity and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
- A polished, confident professional presence capable of earning trust immediately.
