Physical Therapist

Touchpoints Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join the Hartford area team!

• Evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment
• Administers treatments as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability
• Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning
• Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff
• Ensures patient changes are accurate and documented on a timely basis

• Current State of CT Physical Therapy Licensure
• 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred
• Working knowledge of various software programs, required
