Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bloomfield, CT for a Recruiting Director in Financial Services. The Recruiting Director will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, and providing consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and evaluating candidates, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Recruiting Director will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Manage the recruitment process and develop/implement recruiting strategies.
• Conduct interviews and provide consulting services to clients.

• Consulting and Financial Services experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomfield, CT
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
