Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter (SPANISH and ENGLISH) •
Location: Bloomfield, CT

Pay: $19.00–$25.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to support recruitment efforts at our Bloomfield, CT location.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and tailor strategies.
• Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a seamless experience.
• Assist with HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
