Responsibilities- Experience in Technology Support / IT Helpdesk / Technical Customer Support (1+ years).
- Knowledge of technology products, services, and support processes (hardware, peripherals, tools, portals, etc.).

- Skills in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.
- Forecasting and inventory management skills (technology peripherals, stocking, ordering).
