  Data and Analytics Technical Lead (Software Engineering Sr Advisor)

• 5+ years in a Data Management technical lead role overseeing data movement, governance and integration
• 5+ years of experience with Data Governance tools – preferably Collibra Data Intelligence
• Data Movement tools – ETL tools (AWS Glue, Oracle Data integrator, Informatica, Data Stage)

• Data Governance tools – preferably Collibra Data Intelligence

• This program supports the replication of assets invaluable to our end client in order to complete Medicare Advantage (MA) divestiture announced earlier this year. The client has invested significant capital and technology into systems that manage MA Data. These systems will be replicated and delivered to their divestiture partner as part of their agreement.
• These systems contain technology that manages data, code sets, APIs and crosswalks that Client Group still wants to utilize even after the divesture.
• Technical Lead (Software Engineering Sr Advisor) is needed to oversee the successful replication including testing, configuration and installation to ensure the replication is ready to hand over to partner.
• Will need to be knowledgeable and possess Advisory level skills regarding Data movement, Data integration including ETL tools and processes, Collibra data governance tool (specifically Collibra Data Intelligence with Workflows written in Groovy syntax), Oracle or similar RDMS (Stored Procedures written in PL/SQL) and Python Scripts (how data is moved in and out of the database)
• Will interact and represent the team with high-level business stakeholders, divestiture partner and IT leadership presenting status updates, demos and other duties as needed to support this program.
• Will act as the technical lead working with engineers and 3rd party partners to completion.
• Will partner with Scrum Master and follow agile ceremonies, act as a mentor to mid- and lower-level analysts representing the Data and Analytics Release Train.
• Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify Data management solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
