Innodyne Systems is seeking a Supply Chain and Planning Lead to facilitate the timely planning of deliveries within the supply chain. The role optimizes inventory and production planning to meet delivery objectives, oversees logistics, schedules resources, drives supplier on‑time delivery (OTD), and ensures work is on schedule and lead times are communicated to the customer service team.

• Creates the production schedule and communicates the lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
• Leads the supply chain team (Shipping, Receiving, & Purchasing).
• Manages the process for creating and releasing production orders, outside processing P.O.s, and standard purchase orders.
• Expedites parts for customers and operations that delay schedules and updates or alters schedules to meet customer needs during unforeseen events.
• Works with and communicates with suppliers to drive OTD (making calls, sending emails, holding review meetings when needed to drive problem solving and corrective actions with suppliers).
• Evaluates inventory exception requests and communicates approval or disapproval to appropriate individuals.
• Conducts inventory analysis (PFEP, Min‑Max Reviews, Set Kanban Levels).
• Works with the supply chain, quoting, and production team to establish and clearly communicate product lead times.
• Reviews engineering change notices when applicable and locates parts to meet latest revision requirements.
• Drives TAT performance for customers by working with operations and supply chain to expedite parts, level load the production schedule, and make improvements where applicable.

• Solid understanding of production planning.
• Strong numerical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; computing discounts, interest, and percent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills suitable for one‑on‑one and group meetings with management and co‑workers; ability to seek clarifications when needed.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret simple and complex instructions, work orders, and technical procedures; read and understand blueprints and specifications; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form; handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Proficiency with software and equipment such as Microsoft Excel and Corridor (ERP System, e.g., SAP).
• Ability to interact positively and professionally; develop and maintain strong working relationships with co‑workers, supervisors, vendors, and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Exhibits dependability, following instructions, responding to supervisor’s direction, and taking responsibility for own actions.
• Ability to take initiative, ask for and offer help when needed, and perform work independently without prompting.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000
