Quick Books Expert & Bookkeeping Manager — Great Opportunity for the Right Person

We’re looking for someone to take over and manage our outsourced bookkeeping department, which currently serves about 100 clients. This role involves:

• Managing and supporting a team of bookkeepers
• Reviewing their work on a spot-check basis for accuracy
• Helping organize and lead catch-up projects for clients who are months (or even years) behind
• Acting as a go-to expert on all things bookkeeping and sales tax
• Have experience with sales tax filings
  , My Connect , and related compliance tasks
• Are familiar with individual tax returns (Form 1040) — not required, but definitely a plus
• Already run your own small bookkeeping firm — we’re open to acquiring your book of business and bringing you in to lead the entire operation
