Bloomfield, CT (onsite)

Client is seeking dependable individuals to support document imaging operations on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) in Bloomfield, CT. Responsibilities include prepping, scanning, inspecting, assembling, and organizing documents while maintaining quality and production standards. Business casual dress. In-person interview required (30 minutes). Paid hourly. Parking provided.

• Preps documents by removing staples, paper clips, and inserting barcodes
• Scans and inspects images using a KODAK scanner and PC
• Compiles, assembles, and binds documents as required
• Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Achieves production goals including Impressions Per Hour (IPH) and Time Productive metrics
• Operates equipment efficiently; performs minor maintenance (clear jams, refill toner, replace oil)
• Uses machine codes to report malfunctions
• Completes all paperwork timely, accurately, and legibly
• Maintains an organized workstation to prevent errors
• Communicates issues promptly to manager
• Works in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while ensuring error‑free output
• May be cross‑trained in scanning and quality checking tasks
• Lifts boxes weighing 20–30 lbs; assistance available

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC and typing skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output
• Must adapt to changing tasks and be flexible with responsibilities
• Comfortable working in moderate to high noise levels
• Able to stand for 8 hours per shift
• Must lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Team player with positive, productive attitude
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays based on workload
