Hospice Nurse Weekend (RN, Registered Nurse) - Home Care

Ensure compassionate delivery of care to patients in their final journey. Work with an interdisciplinary team of social workers and pastoral counselors to provide families and patients with understanding and support during this process. This is a 24‑hour position paid for 40 hours, providing hospice and palliative care at home on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

• Licensure:
  Registered Nurse with a license in the State of Connecticut
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an Associate's or diploma program in nursing; graduate of NLN approved BSN program, preferred OASIS certification
• Experience:
  
  One year nursing experience or one year nursing experience in a specialty; medical/surgery or home care, preferred. Computer skills preferred.
