Job DescriptionPosition: RN Hospice Home Care for weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 24‑hour paid for 40 hours, providing hospice and palliative care at home.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compassionate delivery of care to patients in their final journey.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of social workers and pastoral counselors to support patients and families.
