. Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, and meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.
They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
- Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers.
- Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs.
- Provide showroom tours and set up kitchen and/or bath measurements.
- Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
- Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
- Support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment.
- Drive sales to support department and store goals by aligning with the three store priorities.
