As a patrol unarmed officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in logistics & distribution areas. Your duties include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter incidents, maintaining a secure environment, conducting routine patrols, and providing outstanding customer service while supporting a people‑first culture built on integrity and innovation.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, using problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents as per Allied Universal and client guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing patrol duties.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits during patrols.
• Assist with emergency protocols and/or evacuation procedures as directed by site‑specific policies.

• Experience with access control or badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
