Schedule:Thursday – Saturday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay: $20/hour
Westaff is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Overnight Dispatcher Coordinator to support our client’s fast-paced logistics operation in Bloomfield, CT. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy coordinating critical transportation activities, this role is for you!
Dispatcher Responsibilities:Support the Central Dispatcher in assigning freight and dispatching drivers.
Perform accurate and timely data entry.
Generate daily revenue reports and process billing information.
Assist customers over busy phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; strong Excel experience preferred.
Comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Customer service and administrative experience required.
3+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, or warehouse operations strongly preferred.
